Rank Structure

The ACTIVE CORPS and the Honor Legion are both commanded by a single Commander. The Commander of the Leather CORPS has the rank of Colonel. Masters in the ACTIVE CORPS and the Honor Legion are given officer ranks. Switches and alpha slaves are given warrant officer ranks. slaves in both units are given enlisted ranks. The use of ranks in the ACTIVE CORPS exists to delegate responsibility in order to accomplish tasks for the household. They also exist to maintain seniority within the Leather CORPS in order to maintain command. The use of ranks in the Honor Legion exists in order to maintain seniority within the Leather CORPS for the purpose of succession of command. All members of the Leather CORPS have a Date Of Service (DOS) and a Date Of Rank (DOR). These dates, along with rank, establish a member’s seniority, with members of the ACTIVE CORPS being senior to members of the Honor Legion.

ACTIVE CORPS RANKS

MASTERS:

    Colonel – This is the Commander of Master Tallen’s Leather CORPS.

    Major – This position is for an experienced Master and is second in command.

    Lieutenant – This position is for junior Masters.

SWITCHES/ALPHAS:

    WO3 – This position is for experienced switches who own subs.

    WO2 – This position is for experienced switches, and alphas who own subs.

    WO1 – This position is for novice switches and alphas.

SLAVES:

    Sergeant – This position is for the most experienced slaves who have been in the ACTIVE CORPS for more than a year. The senior sergeant is responsible for the delegation of household responsibilities as set forth by the Commander.

    Corporal – This position is for slaves with some experience in the lifestyle, who have been in the ACTIVE CORPS for more than six months.

    Private – This position is for all slaves new to the Leather CORPS.
