GENERAL
A slave in service to Master Tallen is expected to be obedient, yet not robotic in the performance of his/her duties. A sense of humor is appreciated, although such humor should always be delivered respectfully. Master Tallen expects a slave to be serious about his/her chosen life, without the appearance of a solemn and unhappy being.
PROTOCOLS
HOUSE
1. In the home, slaves are to be naked and collared at all times, unless otherwise dictated by Master, or circumstances in which clothing is necessary as to not infringe on guests or other visitors to the residence who need not be made aware of the lifestyle. Meaning, that if Master has guests over that are not knowledgeable of the lifestyle, or if for example, a repairman is on the premises, Master will either tell you what attire to wear, or you will don a prescribed ‘uniform’ in the event you are alone when such instances occur.
2. Slaves do not sit on furniture in the house without being told to do so. Slaves will sit or kneel on the floor at most times. Exceptions to this are that a slave will be allowed on his/her personal bedding, and may sit in a chair when permission has been given to use a computer. Slaves do not use devices such as the computer, TV, or telephone without permission.
3. Slaves must ask permission to use the restroom, speak, eat or drink. Exceptions to this are that of course if the slave is alone s/he should probably not wait for permission. Also if the slave is only drinking water, permission does not have to be asked for, as water is a primary nutrient, and should be consumed often. To clarify, if permission has been granted to have a soda, you do not have to ask permission for each individual sip, just be happy He said yes, and drink the darn thing already! When using the restroom at home, slave will NOT stand. Use of the toilet seat is prohibited as well. Slave will sit only on the rim, and leave door open at all times.
4. When eating a meal with Master, the following occurs. Master is served first, then the slave. Slaves do not have to ask permission to sit at the table when it is apparent that dinner is ready, but will sit patiently with head bowed, hands on knees until Master directs them to eat. Exceptions to this are that if Master has designated that for that meal you will eat from a bowl on the floor, your food will be placed in it, and you will kneel by it and await Master’s direction to eat.
5. When serving the Master items such as food or beverage, the slave will either kneel or bow at the waist depending upon the position of the Master. Meaning, that if Master is seated, kneeling of the slave is in order. If the Master is standing, bowing is acceptable.
SPEECH
1. When addressing The Master, slaves always use ‘Master’ or ‘Sir’. When answering a question, you will reply ‘yes Sir’, or ‘no Sir’. Some protocols state that slaves should begin and end each complete thought with ‘Sir’, but at present Master only requires ‘Sir’ at the end of each complete thought. Some protocols also state that slaves should use third person speech, as in saying ‘the slave’ and ‘it’ instead of ‘I’ or ‘me’. Master does not require this at the present time.
2. When asking permission to do such things as using the restroom, Master will accept it several ways. You may say “Sir, the slave requests permission to use the restroom Sir.” Or you may say “Sir, permission to use the restroom Sir.” This may change as time goes by, but at present He is satisfied as long as you are respectful.
3. When slaves are speaking to each other, they are allowed to maintain a more relaxed form of speech, keeping in mind though, that at no time should slaves use any form of profanity, and unless absolutely necessary, never refer to Master by only His first name.
4. In the event you are introduced to another Master, slaves will always maintain a high level of respect, as using ‘Sir’, unless otherwise directed by Master. If you are not sure whether the person you were just introduced to is a Master or not, you should respectfully inquire to the person introducing you to Him, as to how He is to be addressed. If you are introduced to another slave or boy, or a vanilla type person, slave to slave speech is acceptable.
PUBLIC
1. When walking with Master in general public, slaves will stay to the right and a half step behind the Master. If two or more slaves are walking with Master, He will direct you as to how He would like the slaves positioned. Slaves will keep their head tilted slightly down and hands behind back, unless otherwise directed by Master.
2. When you are in a s/m friendly area, such as a club or leather event, slaves will maintain a complete level of slave demeanor. Meaning, head down, eyes lowered, and hands behind back. You may expect to be on a leash at any, or all of the time. You will not speak to anyone without prior permission from Master. If for example, you are approached by someone, and Master has left you unattended, you will respectfully tell them that your Master is away for the moment and does not allow you to speak to anyone without His permission.
3. When you are in general public with Master, slaves will maintain a lower level of slave demeanor. Meaning that Master does not want unwarranted attention drawn to Himself or His slaves. But you will still be required to remain respectful and display an attitude only visible to Him, that you still know your place. If for example you are in close proximity of vanilla types, the use of ‘Sir’ in speech can be temporarily suspended. However you should still reply with ‘yes’ and ‘no’, and not words like ‘yeah’.
4. Protocols for having a meal with Master in public are similar to how it is at home. Except you will wait to be told when and where to sit. At present, Master allows His slaves to order their own food, but this may change. Once food arrives, you will remain with hands on knees, and wait for Master to direct you to eat. Also, at anytime Master has given you permission to have a drink at a club, you will either hold it in front of you, or leave it in front of you on the bar until such time He says you may drink.
EQUIPMENT
1. Slaves are not permitted to touch with their hands, any bondage or other s/m type gear. If for example Master tells you to get a flogger or rope or such equipment for Him, you are to retrieve it by using your mouth only. If the equipment is too large or bulky to do so, He will either tell you to pick it up with your hands, or if He has not seen your dilemma, you will respectfully inform Him that you cannot complete the task as ordered. Do not worry, He will understand, and will not punish you.
2. Any equipment placed on a slave by Master, such as collar, cuffs, chains, ropes or anything else for that matter, cannot be removed by a slave. It can only be removed by Master, or at His direction. If Master places you, or orders you placed on an apparatus such as a St. Andrew’s cross, bondage bench, or sling, you can only be removed from it by Him, or by His direction.
3. Slaves are property of Master. Every part of the slave’s body belongs to Him. You can not touch the genitals of any slave in the household including yourself, except for cleaning, without prior permission. Yes this includes butts!
4. Slaves do not ejaculate without permission. Slaves will often wear chastity devices to ensure the loyalty of the slave.
PRESENTING
1. Presenting is otherwise known as body positions a slave will be required to memorize and execute at any time. Verbal commands or hand signals can achieve them. At present I am not going to include them in this list of protocols, as there are many, and should be demonstrated in training. However one that will be followed at all times without commands is that when Master or slave enters the house for the first time of the day, slaves will kneel in front of Him and kiss each boot/shoe, and then hug Master around His waist.
These protocols are meant to be a guideline of behavior for slaves to follow. They are subject to change as Master sees fit. I did not include household chores and individual responsibilities, as they will vary depending on the slave’s strengths and weaknesses. I hope that this has given you insight as to some of what will be expected of you.
